well, i am not in the best shape as i used to be, and i know this for a fact that none of my clothes fit and plus my waist line is.......... ummm lets say its large. so this website that i cam across can really help me, it talks about ab workouts, cardio and other exercises that i can use to get my shape back, after visiting this website, i was determined to, give it a try http://www.abexercise.mybizzs.com/ this is the website, i am sure that it will help me and i am sure that it will help you, with its many instructional videos and stuff like that, so lets see how it goes, i am going to give me self a time approx 1 year and lets see if i can get my self back into shape for next summer vacation... anyways enjoy and stay tuned for more....
